We are the team of Huisartsen Curacao, consisting of 2 general practitioners and an assistant. Our doctors are the Richardson couple, Jermaine and Erika.
Jermaine Richardson is a BIG-registered general practitioner, who received his medical training at the Leiden University Medical Center. In addition he has gained work experience in the fields of surgery, gynecology and emergency care. This means that he has good expertise in, among other things, (minor) surgical procedures and providing emergency medical care.
Erika Richardson is also a BIG-registered general practitioner, who received her training at the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam. In addition to her training, she has worked in the pediatrics department where she developed a passion for offering medical care to the very young.
Since 2020, we have been living with our 4 sons in Curacao. After working at various GP practices on the island, we decided to open our own in the bustling Pietermaai district
